Sometimes pivoting means staying open. My guest today Janine Finney was NOT open when an opportunity came to her after 30 years as a sales executive. Over time, she realized the problem was not in the opportunity, but in her stigma about it. After a year of strongly opposed views with her daughter, she finally realized it provided the freedom and flexibility she so desperately wanted. She and her daughter not only went into business together, but authored 2 books to help others stay open.
