What are the in-person dates and times?
The IT’S TIME CONFERENCE kicks off on Sept 22 with the VIP Kickoff from 5-6 pm CT followed by the Welcome Reception from 6-8 pm CT. We recommend you check in at your hotel ahead of time to unpack and get settled. Sessions go from 8:30-4:30 CT on Sept 23-24. VIP events conclude at 3 pm CT on Sept 25th.
What's included in the ticket price?
General Admission tickets include coffee, lunch, snacks & beverages both days. VIPs also enjoy an intimate Day 2 dinner + surprise event as well as food & beverages on the VIP day.
Both experience options also access the Pre-Event Private Podcast and Virtual Community, with the VIPs invited to monthly pre-event coaching calls.
Are there payment plans available?
Based on when you purchase your ticket, payment plans may be available. If so, when you click to purchase, your payment options will be on the checkout page.
What's the closest airport +nearby hotels?
The closest airport is Nashville International Airport (complete with LIVE music & plenty of local food options). The airport is a short 5.2 mile drive from the event venue which will take 8 minutes (barring any crazy traffic jams).
Once your ticket is purchased, you will receive a suggested hotel list, or feel free to book with your hotel brand of choice. (NOTE: Hotel and travel are not included in your event ticket)
What if I purchase a ticket and cannot make it?
We’ll miss you so much! Tickets are non-refundable, but they can be transferred to a biz bestie!
